At CARRYME, we’ve noticed that when a customer visits a store and their size isn’t available locally but is in stock at another location, they sometimes give up on the purchase altogether.
We decided to introduce HAKOBOYA because we wanted those customers to be able to take their sneakers home—we didn’t want them to feel disappointed.
In fact, a Taiwanese customer who visited the Osaka store used Hako Boya to have sneakers shipped home, as they were only in stock at the Harajuku store. They were thrilled to finally get the sneakers they wanted!
