Do you know the character Hello Kitty?
The character is very popular in Japan and has many fans.

A facility where you can enjoy Hello Kitty to the fullest opened on Awaji Island in 2019.

A friend of mine went to visit and here’s how it went!

 

Apple Land is a facility where you can enjoy Hello Kitty all day long!

Authentic Kitty show “HELLO KITTY SHOW BOX”

My friends first went to see a Hello Kitty show called “HELLO KITTY SHOW BOX”.

Enjoy a Hello Kitty show while having a lunch course!

No animal-derived ingredients such as meat, fish, eggs, or dairy products are used.

The menu changes according to the season. But they all look delicious.

They will bring you one dish at a time, course by course. It looks so cute!

My friend says the show is very authentic!
The opening is a 3D holographic video show with a three-dimensional feel.

And when they were done… the Hello Kitty Jazz Band took the stage!
Live music is great. I am envious.

And here comes Kitty!

My friend went in October, and on that day they played songs associated with Halloween.

 

I heard that there was a photo session with Kitty after the show. My friend also took a picture with her.

In addition to lunch time, they also have cafe time. Sweets are good too.

 

Enjoy Kitty more at the Apple House!

After the show, my friend went to a cute building called “Apple House”.

The top seems to be an observation deck. Found a cute kitty!

*Incidentally, this roof is in the Guinness World Records as the “Largest roof in the shape of a character”.

 

Awaji Island still has kitty spots! “HELLO KITTY SMILE”

There is a facility called “HELLO KITTY SMILE” about 5 minutes drive from HELLO KITTY APPLE HOUSE.

The place my friends just visited is “Hello Kitty on the hill” and HELLO KITTY SMILE is inspired by “Hello Kitty in the sea”.

Also, my friend showed me a picture of the blue lighting, it looks like the ocean!

My friend told me that there were many photo spots and it was a lot of fun.

This kitty is based on Otohime, a princess who lives in the sea in Japanese fairy tales.

 

My friend said there was also a Hello Kitty goods store and she enjoyed picking out souvenirs.
