Recommended Eyewear Stores in Osaka “Zoff Shinsaibashi Parco Store”

Hi, I’m Hakoboya, the Head of Souvenir Promotion for Kodawari Times.╭(·ᴗ·)╮╰(·ᴗ·)╯
Today, I’d like to introduce a very popular Japanese souvenir: eyeglasses 👓.
I visited the “Zoff Shinsaibashi Parco Store” in Osaka’s Shinsaibashi district, a hotspot for foreign tourists. I’ll be sharing all the highlights of this eyeglass shop, which offers a wealth of convenient services, including multilingual support and international shipping!

About Zoff

Zoff Shinsaibashi Parco Store

“Zoff” is a popular Japanese eyewear brand operated by INTERMESTIC INC. It’s a pioneer in offering high-quality eyeglasses at affordable prices, and its stores are known for combining functionality with stylish design. Its straightforward pricing—which includes both frames and lenses—and speedy service, allowing customers to pick up their glasses in as little as 30 minutes after checkout, are key reasons for its popularity.

In addition, the brand offers an extensive lineup of collaboration products featuring Japanese anime and characters that are popular worldwide. Zoff presents eyeglasses not merely as tools for correcting vision, but as fashion items that add color and richness to everyday life.

The Appeal of the Zoff Shinsaibashi Parco Store

The “Zoff Shinsaibashi Parco Store” I visited this time is located on the 5th floor of “Shinsaibashi Parco,” a shopping complex in Osaka’s Shinsaibashi area, which is popular with tourists. The store offers a wide range of services designed to make foreign tourists feel welcome.

A wide variety of products, including those “Made in Japan”

A wide selection of products, including Japanese-made eyeglasses

The Shinsaibashi Parco store offers a wide selection of products, including “Made in Japan” eyewear and the popular “Zoff SMART” series. In particular, the “Made in Japan” line is available only at select Zoff stores nationwide, so we highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase high-quality or Japanese-made eyewear.

Multilingual Support and Warm, Hospitable Service

Supports multiple languages, including English and Chinese

The reception desk and vision testing equipment support multiple languages, including English and Chinese, so international customers can feel confident shopping for glasses here.
The store staff are well-versed in multilingual communication and use tools like AI voice translators to assist customers. Another major draw is their commitment to providing courteous and thoughtful service, with the goal of making “shopping for glasses at Zoff a memorable part of your trip to Japan.”

International Shipping Service

Introduction of the Hakoboya International Shipping Service

At Zoff, if the lenses are in stock, you can pick them up the same day. For special lenses, such as thin lenses or progressive lenses, it may take about one week to 10 days for them to be ready, but the Shinsaibashi Parco store offers an international shipping service.

Using a shipping label service called “Hakoboya,” you can complete the shipping label simply by scanning a 2D code with your smartphone and entering your address and name.
Since it supports multiple languages, the international shipping process goes smoothly. Your finished glasses are shipped directly from the store to your home. They’re delivered by DHL, a major international shipping company, so you can use the service with confidence. Currently, we only ship to China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, but we plan to expand to more countries in the future.
*International shipping is available at select stores only.

Recommended Eyeglass Frames and Lenses at Zoff

The Zoff Shinsaibashi Parco store has such a wide selection—from simple designs to unique frames—that it’s hard to choose…! So, I asked the store manager for some recommendations.
I hope this helps you when you’re shopping for glasses.

Made in Japan

Zoff “Made in Japan” Series

One thing you can’t miss at the Zoff Shinsaibashi Parco store is their Japanese-made eyewear. These frames are crafted using the artisanal skills and high-quality materials from Sabae in Fukui Prefecture—a region renowned for eyewear production. In fact, they’re only available at select Zoff stores! If you’d like to check out these “Made in Japan” glasses, be sure to stop by the Shinsaibashi store.
With a wide variety of frame thicknesses, designs, and colors available, be sure to try them on and find the perfect pair. This series is highly recommended for anyone looking for meticulously crafted eyewear.

Zoff SMART

Zoff “The Popular Zoff SMART Series

We also recommend Zoff’s hugely popular “Zoff SMART” series. Made from lightweight, flexible materials, these frames are so light you’ll barely notice you’re wearing them, and they offer a perfect fit. They’re resistant to bending and exceptionally durable, so you can pack them in your suitcase or bag without worry.
At the Shinsaibashi Parco store, they had the top three best-selling styles for both men and women on display, so be sure to check them out.

Zoff SMART with MAQuillAGE

Another product that’s currently very popular among women is “Zoff SMART with MAQuillAGE.” It was developed in collaboration with “MAQuillAGE,” a Japanese makeup brand by Shiseido. The gradient on the eyeglass frames creates an effect similar to blush. Be sure to check out these trendy beauty glasses—just by wearing them, you can make your mid-face appear shorter and give your complexion a healthy glow.

New Collection

Zoff “Zoff's New 2026 Collection

Be sure to check out our new 2026 collection, too. We have a wide selection of sunglasses perfect for the hot season. With a wide range of colors—including pink and blue—why not pick a pair in your signature color?
Plus, trendy rimless sunglasses are a great way to really elevate your look. You’ll definitely want to add a pair to your collection.

Photochromic Lenses

Zoff’s Popular Photochromic Lenses

Zoff’s most popular lenses are “photochromic lenses,” which change color in response to UV light. These versatile 2-in-1 lenses are incredibly convenient—they function as clear glasses indoors and as sunglasses outdoors.
These photochromic lenses, with a refractive index of 1.55, come in six colors: gray, brown, blue, green, pink, and violet. You can even visit a store to see the color change for yourself when light hits them. Part of the fun is choosing your favorite color, so be sure to check out these highly functional photochromic lenses to pair with your frames.
