Japanese canned food and Nara sake will be exhibited at FOOD JAPAN 2023 SINGAPORE!

Hi World! My name is Will- A (Aoi ) and I am in charge of promoting Japanese quality items in Singapore. This time I am promoting the Japanese Sake from Nara prefecture.

We have the privilege of announcing our participation in FOOD JAPAN 2023 SINGAPORE. For this occasion, we are collaborating with Kojo Chemical Products Co., Ltd., a company specializing in promoting select Japanese food products, including high-quality canned goods, alongside Nara Sake, with whom we had previously collaborated on promotional activities in Singapore.

CANpai Bites.

Given that we are collaborating with Kojo Chemical Products Co., Ltd., a company known for its carefully selected premium canned goods, andconsidering our role in promoting sake overseas, we’ve come up with a special name for our collaboration…

Introducing “CANpai Bites.”

The word “Can” refers to canned goods, and “Kan pai” is a cheer meaning “cheers” in Japanese. However, to make it clear that our booth offers both canned goods and drinks, we’ve added “Bites,” representing light snacks and appetizers, making it “Canpai Bites”.

Japanese sake has been gaining popularity and attention in Southeast Asia year by year. However, the variety of sake available in the market is not as diverse as it could be, with many establishments featuring the same brands. This issue has led to an increasing demand for unique Japanese sake that has yet to make its way into the Singaporean market.

Moreover, the F&B industry in Singapore is facing challenges related to a shortage of skilled personnel and increasing labour costs, burdening restaurants. In response to these challenges, Canpai Bites aims to introduce meticulously selected Japanese sake and high-end canned goods that can be enjoyed together, even in abroad.
